BRIDAL PARTY

Audrey
(Maid Of Honour)

As everyone would expect, as my big sister, I’ve known Tracey all of my life. She’s an amazing big sister (although when we were younger she would act like she was my mum) and an amazing mother to my lovely nephews! God really blessed me with a reliable and caring sister who makes me laugh so much!

I am so happy Tracey has met the love of her life and she’s getting married to him and I pray God blesses her marriage.

In this life there are some people who God sends into your life to make you laugh, to share good times with, to cry with, to encourage each other, to push you to your potential etc. And that is what Tracey is to me.

From early days of year 7 when we met it was a wrap, because of our surnames we used to sit near each other with just 1 person in between. Poor angela was always third wheeling in our conversations as we leaned across to talk to each other.

We became the infamous 'Ify and Tracey', wherever you see 1 you knew the other was close by. Fast forward to yr 10 we even got suspended together 😂 but thats a story for another time.

Having being friends for 20+ years, this is a friendship that has become family and Tracey is not just a best friend but truly a sister to me. Her kind, nurturing, compassionate spirit is so inspirational and her ability to be so funny without even trying makes her a joy to be around. I love her ambition for life and how she always pushes herself and those around her to be their best and reach further.

I am so proud of the woman, mum and now wife you have become/are becoming and so excited for what the future holds because nothing can stop you girl!

Love your bestie xxx

P.S. I'm honoured to have been chosen to make this website <3

I’ve known Tracey since primary school, but it was in secondary school when our friendship truly blossomed as we would catch the bus to and from school - We’ve got stories for days!

Tracey has always been the epitome of loyalty, reliability, and unwavering support. Her tireless work ethic and relentless determination have always inspired me. Seeing her evolve into the remarkable woman she is today makes me so proud. She not only excels as a wonderful mother but also shines as a great friend.

Now, as she embarks on this new chapter of her life with Julian, I have no doubt she’ll be an extraordinary wife. Being chosen as part of her bridal party is an honour beyond words, and I cannot wait to witness her marry the love of her life. I wish Tracey and Julian a lifetime of love, laughter, and endless adventure!

My dearest Tracey OKRAKU aka “hardbody” 🙃🤣 the “bashment queen”. I remember when I met her at uni. I was an “intruder” in her room during the first year of uni as I lost my accommodation. At first, she appeared to be antisocial, and even rude but I gave her no room lol….she just had to keep up with me and her roommate Magz.

Eventually, we became friends, then housemates, then family….👯‍♀️ Even though she called herself “hardbody”, she is such soft a loving soul. She made my year so memorable, (always waking me up to bashment) shared so many funny, happy, emotional moments that I am so honoured to be part of this beautiful beginning! God bless your marriage! 💓 your husband has really obtained favour from the Lord!

Hello beautiful people. I have known Tracey for over 20 years. We met several years ago at church & through one of our mutual friend. We’ve been friends since then and I’ve watched Tracey grow into the beautiful, amazing, confident and talented women she is today.

I remember the day she met Julian and how she couldn't stop talking about him. She was glowing with happiness, and I knew he was the one for her. And now, here we are, celebrating their love and commitment to each other. I couldn't be happier for them, and I know they will have a lifetime of happiness together.

Tracey is one of the most caring person I know, and I am thrilled to see you marrying the love of your life. And to Julian you have won the heart of a wonderful woman, and I know you will take care of her for the rest of your lives.

I wish you both a lifetime of love, joy & happiness. Shifa x

What can I say about my friend Tracey?

We first met whilst working at William hill (so you know how looooong ago that was). We discovered we were both Ghanaian and knew most of the same people and we clicked from there and the rest is history.

We can be on the phone for ages and not get bored of each other. Theres never a dull moment when we speak.Tracey is a friend that I cannot speak to for a month but the minute we do speak, it’s like we’ve been speaking everyday that week. I’ve never had to question her loyalty and she’s always there to give me the right advice. (We know Tracey says it how it is lol).

We’ve grown from young girls to mothers and I love that for us. Knowing Tracey is now a mother of two and going to be a wife, it just melts my heart, honestly! I pray for nothing but happiness and blessings for her and the family.

May God bless their union always 🙏🏾❤️

From our Monoux College days, to the enjoyment (and LRC all nighters LOL) of University, then to real life (this thing they call adulting) it’s been 16+ great years of friendship.

You’re truly a beautiful person inside and out and deserve the best life has to offer. I am so honoured to share this special day with you and watch you start your life with your soulmate.

Congratulations to you both and I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness.

Philo (Best Man)

As I reflect on the years we've shared since the age of 15, it's a testament to the depth of our connection. Our mothers' shared church community at Pentecost Tottenham laid the foundation, but it was your return from Ghana that strengthened our bond. Through the ups and downs of adjusting to UK living (loool), I've witnessed your journey from the boy who enjoyed shito on bread with supermalt to the man savoring the finest things in life.

It brings me joy to think I've played a part in the enjoyment you've experienced over the years. Your unwavering ambition, reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness have been constants in our friendship. More than a friend, you're family for life. Here's to the countless memories we've created and the ones we have yet to make.

Ben

Julian, as I reflect on our lifelong relationship, I'm filled with gratitude for the countless memories we've shared. From our childhood escapades to navigating the ups and downs of adulthood, you've been more than just a cousin; you've been a brother, a confidant, a partner in crime, and a source of unwavering support. Through thick and thin, our bond has only grown stronger, a testament to the special connection we share.

As we continue on this journey called life, I look forward to creating many more unforgettable moments together. Here's to our enduring friendship and the adventures yet to come. Love to you, cousin!

Chris

My brother Julian, I've known for around 15 years and to be honest I can't actually remember our first encounter. All I know is from the jump we have been close and definitely someone I would consider to be family.

He's a man of principle and integrity and we've shared many conversations on the importance of family, health and wealth. He's a great provider and was made to be a husband, I wish him nothing but more success and may God bless your union.

James

Julian may not be a lifelong friend of mine but definitely a once in a lifetime friend. I met Julian about 10 years ago through work and in that time have been lucky enough to share all of life's ups and downs with him. His undying loyalty and reliability is something that sets him apart from most people.

10 years of great laughs and memories and hopefully many many more to come. Not just a friend but my brother for life.

Jeffrey

Pinpointing when I actually met Julian is mind games, but we were young - our families have the Kumerica and Pentecost connection so meeting Ju was always inevitable.

I’ve always viewed Ju as my younger bro with an old soul; a selfless, humble, loyal, disciplined, ambitious, motivated and hard working individual. Respectable and honourable with a moral compass and defined principles which he evidently abides to. These are characteristics that I align with and has enabled our bond to solidify over time, especially in recent years.

Witnessing his evolution as a man has been nothing short of positive and I thank God for our brotherhood. The added bonus is he helps me polish my Twi and we both support Spurs - as the saying goes, misery loves company!

My brother, proud is an understatement and greatness is written in your destiny.

Tremaine

From the young quiet kid who got sent to Ghana and came back and would see me in the corridor & never say hello & would just give me weird looks lol to becoming my brother for life.

The love and respect I have for you is immense, due to the clean heartedness you walk with & the loyalty you have forever shown. There have been times you never let wander in the dark alone and you don’t even know it. 1 of best things I seen in my life is you becoming a father especially as I saw the love you showed Maison when I became a father. I knew your boys will be in for an amazing journey in life due to having a man who has stand up principles.

Having a caring, loving and supportive brother like you makes me the recipient of God’s greatest blessings & I got you & your tough ashy hands for life.

I’ve known Julian for quite some time now, we were around 15 when we met in the same class and form group. It was very cool having someone from my area in my class. We connected pretty quickly, since I’ve known Julian he has been like a brother - you know I grew up as the only boy in my house so having brothers around me was important to me, and Julian is one of them. Laughs, serious convos, great times and not so great times but through it all he hasn’t swayed and he has been solid.

I couldn’t think of a better example of someone who is more loyal, strong-willed and determined to provide for his loved ones. He just needs to support a better football team.
